晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗近期疗效临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察晚期鼻咽癌同期放化疗的近期疗效,以便更好地开展鼻咽癌的临床工作。方法:晚期鼻咽癌80例按入院先后次序随机抽样分成2组,每组40例,做前瞻性研究,治疗组用放疗加化疗,对照组单用放疗,治疗过程中评价不良反应,治疗结束后4个月评价肿瘤消退情况及不良反应。结果:治疗组鼻咽部肿瘤消退率及颈淋巴结消退率明显高于对照组,治疗期间治疗组的不良反应高于对照组,治疗4个月不良反应两组无明显差别。结论:晚期鼻咽癌采用同期放化疗有更好的近期疗效,其不良反应也在可控范围内。Objective：To observe the short-term efficacy in order to instruct the work about the advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma （NPC） more effectively.Methods： 80 cases of advanced NPC were sampled randomly for the study,They were divided into 2 groups of 40 each and treated with different ways.Treatment group was used with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy,while control group with radiotherapy alone.The observation items were the regression of primary tumor and neck lymphnodes as well as the systematical and topical side effects.Results：The regression rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group.The former had more side effects in the treatment,but 4 months later, the former had no difference from the latter in this aspect.Conclusion：The concomitant radiochemotherapy for advanced NPC showed a better short-term curative effects with some curable toxicities.
