改良经皮层脑室入路切除丘脑肿瘤

摘　　要：目的探讨提高丘脑肿瘤的切除率和减少术后并发症的手术方法。方法对17例丘脑肿瘤采用改良经皮层脑室入路进行显微手术切除并获得6个月至3年的随访。结果肿瘤全切除11除、次全切除4例、大部切除1例,无手术死亡。结论改良经皮层脑室入路可提高丘脑肿瘤的手术全切率和减少术后并发症。Objective To improve the effects of surgical treatment of thalamic tumors. Method 17 cases were operated via the reformative transcortical transventricular approach and have been followed-up 6 to 36 months. Result In this group 11 cases of tumor were totally removed,4 cases subtotal removed, 1 case voluminousd removed and no surgical death occured. Conclusion It is suggested that reformative transcortical transventricular approach is safe, available and effective.
