摘　　要：实验教学质量的提高已成为大家共同关注的问题。以《电子商务系统设计与管理》课程为例,从教师和学生两个角色着手,尝试用过程控制的思想和全面质量管理的方法,探讨如何在实验教学的各个环节上加强控制和管理,使实验教学过程不断规范化、教学质量不断提高。实践表明,这些方法和措施能有效地提高教学效果。Improving the experimental teaching is the common concern urgent and vital now. In order to keep standardizing teaching process and improving teaching quality, this paper discusses how to strengthen experiment teaching tache control with process control and overall quality control of teachers and students, based on the book E - commerce System Design and Control. The practice proves that these methods and measures can greatly improve the effect of experiment teaching.
