褶合曲线分析法同时测定盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪

摘　　要：采用褶合曲线分析法结合计算机信息处理技术，不经分离，同时分别测定复方氯丙嗪注射液中盐酸氯丙嗪和盐酸异丙嗪两个组分的含量，平均回收率和变异系数为：１００．０９，０．５５％；１００．１７，０．２８％。The content of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride without prior separation was simultaneously determined by computer-assistant convolution curve method.The results showed that the average recovery and coefficients of variation of chlorpromazine hydrochloride and promethazine hydrochloride in the injection of compound chlorpromazine hydrochloride were 100.09%,0.55%and 100.17%,0.28%,respectively.
