摘  要:提出了应用车辆结构正面抗撞性的参数化模型进行微型客车概念设计的方法。分析了底部吸能结构的主要刚度参数的变化对乘员舱变形、车体减速度和底部吸能特性的影响,阐述了在概念设计阶段运用参数化模型控制底部吸能结构吸能特性及与乘员舱刚度参数的匹配,从而保证整车的正面抗撞性能。给出了微型客车概念设计阶段车身结构抗撞性设计指标、设计过程与方法,实现了通过参数化模型来快速确定正面碰撞时车身各部分的吸能指标,从而为详细结构设计提供重要依据。A minibus concept design method using a parametrized model of the frontal crashworthiness of the vehicle structure was suggested. The effects of the major stiffness parameters of the bottom energy-absorbing structure of vehicle on the passenger compartment deformation, the vehicle deceleration, and the bottom energy-absorbing behavior during crash were analyzed. The method to control the energy-absorbing behavior of the bottom energy-absorbing structure and to match the behavior with the passenger compartment stiffness parameters by means of the suggested parametrized model to ensure the vehicle frontal crashworthiness was demonstrated. The design targets, design procedure and design technique of the vehicle body structure crashworthiness during minibus concept design phase were given. The rapid determination of the energyabsorbing indexes of the different vehicle components by the suggested model was realized, providing a solid basis for the subsequent detailed design.
