摘 要:通过溶胶-凝胶法分别制备了La3+-Ce3+共掺杂及Fe3+-Ce3+共掺杂的TiO2纳米粉体。利用透射电镜(TEM)对粒子的形貌和粒径进行了表征,并用分光光度法研究了粉体对甲基橙溶液的降解。通过分析共掺杂离子的掺杂量和样品的煅烧温度对降解率的影响,对所制备粉体的光催化性能进行了研究。结果表明,La3+-Ce3+共掺杂的TiO2粉体其光催化活性有较大提高。In this experiment, the ( La^3+-Ce^3+ and Fe^3+-Ce^3+)-doped titania particles were prepared by sol-gel method. Particles' appearance and diameter are characterized by TEM, and studied by Ultravioletvisible spectroscopy method, particles were degradated by methyl orange. It studied the photocatalytic properities by analyzing adulterate particles' dosage and heat treatment temperature. The results showed the photocatalytic properities of (La^3+-Ce^3+)-doping particles were increased more than before.
