摘　　要：通过对学分制的认识及对实施学分制的外部条件的分析,提出实行学分制是适应社会对高等教育发展要求的理念,并结合我校在实施学分制过程中改革教学管理模式、人才培养计划和实施方案,完善和落实选课制以及建立新型的数字化教学网络平台等方面进行了论述。By understanding and analyzing of external conditions of its implementation, it is presented in this article that the credit system meets the needs of the higher education development and can better serve the society. To combine this concept with our practices, the innovation of teaching management pattern, the plan of talented people＇ s training and its execution, the improvement and fulfillment of the selective system, setting up a new-type platform of digital teaching network are also discussed.
