下咽癌中环氧化酶-2的表达与临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究下咽癌中环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达及其与肿瘤临床病理参数的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测40例下咽癌组织及15例癌旁下咽黏膜组织(对照组)中COX-2的表达,并分析癌组织中COX-2的表达强度与肿瘤对应的各项病理参数的关系。结果下咽癌组织中COX-2的阳性表达率(67·5%)明显高于癌旁下咽黏膜组织中COX-2的阳性表达率(20·0%),COX-2的阳性表达与下咽癌的临床分期及淋巴结转移有显著相关性(均P<0·01)。结论COX-2在下咽癌组织中表达增高,并与肿瘤的恶性度相关,表明COX-2可能在下咽癌的发生发展中起重要的作用。Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of cyclooxygenase- 2（COX-2） in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues. Methods The expression of COX-2 in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues of 40 cases and paraneoplastic hypopharyngeal mucosa of 15 cases were studied by immunohistochemical method,and the relationship of the expreession of COX-2 linked with clinical pathological charcaters was analyzed. Results The positive rate of COX-2 expression in hypopharyngeal carcinoma tissues（67.5%） was significantly higher than that in paraneoplastic hypopharyngeal mucosa（20.0%）, and the expression of COX-2 was significantly correlated with clinical grade and lymphtic metastasis. Conclusion COX-2 is overexpressed in hypopharyngeal carcinoma, and is associated with the malignant degree of the tumor, indicating that COX-2 may play a key role in the development and progression of hypopharynx carcinoma.
