成骨不全的X线诊断

摘　　要：目的:探讨成骨不全的X线表现,提高对本病的诊断正确率。方法:回顾性分析了成骨不全的临床X线表现8例。结果:8例均有骨质疏松、骨皮质变薄,骨干细长6例,骨干增粗2例,肢体明显畸形4例,椎体内凹5例,脊柱弯曲畸形5例,干骺致密横行线3例,肋骨变细4例,骨折8例(100%),蓝色巩膜6例(75%),听力障碍5例(62.5%)。结论:本病为骨发育障碍性疾病,X线检查对本病的诊断有着十分重要的价值。Objective：To explore the X-ray manifestations of esteogenesis impeffecta and improve the diagnostic incidence. Methods：8 cases of osteogenesis impeffecta were analysed retrospectively. Results：8 cases were all esteoporesis, substantia compacta become thinner in all cases. Diaphysis become slighmess in 6 cases, diaphysis become thicker in 2 cases, 8 cases were companied by bone fracture, and bodys become prominent deformity in 4 cases. 5 cases were were companied by concave vertebra. 5 eases scoliesis. Transversal dens lines in metaphysis in 3 cases, ribs become thinner in 4 cases. 6 cases were blue sclera, 5 cases were diminished in audition. 3 cases were accompanied by pigeon chest. Joints overactive in 4 cases. 2 cases had family history. Conclusion：Osteogenesis imperfecta is an esteodysplesty X-ray examination play an important role in diagnosing the disease.
