针布齿条的低温渗硼实验研究

摘　　要：对针布齿条氮基气氛外层保护低温渗硼的方法进行了研究。结果表明,渗硼试样不仅具有渗层致密均匀(层厚10μm)、齿部硬度高(HV1290)、表面光洁度较高等优异性能,而且还具有冲齿齿廓清晰,齿顶、齿棱、齿角锋利,齿部无卷刃、无毛刷等特点。Low - temperature horonizing base was studied for card wires with nitrogen atmosphere as outer layer protection. The results showed that the horonizing samples had good performances of compact homogeneity for boronizing layer （with thickness of 10μm）, high hardness for teeth （HV1290）, higher faced fineness, characterized by clear outline of teeth, sharp teeth pinnacle, teeth edge and teeth comer. The teeth of the card wires are not turned or burned.
