摘　　要：目前国际、国内船员需求量快速上升,给我省发展船员劳务外派带来了商机。本文分析了我省船员劳务外派产业发展面临的机遇,并提出了加快发展的途径。The seaman quantity of requirement is raising quickly for international and national nonce. This is a chance for developing seaman manual. This paper analyses the opportunity that Shandong Province is facing for developing seaman manual, and puts forward approaches for picking up development.
