摘　　要：创造性人格的形成是环境刺激和人格动机、人格行为共同作用、反复强化的结果。现代大学要充分认识和发挥自身优势,以塑造大学生的创造性人格为切入点,营造创造性人才成长的环境,引导大学生产生创造性行为,加强创造型教师队伍建设,从而培养大批高素质的创造性人才。The formation of the undergraduate＇ creative personality is result of the stimulation of environment, personality motivation and behaviors. The modern undergraduate should be emphasize and realize itself priority to cultivate the students＇creative personality, strengthen the atmosphere of our campuses, improve the quality of the teachers. Only thus we can cultivate large high qualities creative person.
