北京大学生心境状况与特点的研究

摘　　要：对北京2 051名大学生进行心境测量分析。结果表明:北京男女大学生在心境的5个消极情绪维度的平均得分上,较全国大学生心境常模的水平偏高,而在心境的2个积极情绪维度的平均得分上,较全国大学生心境常模的水平偏低;男生较女生紧张、愤怒水平高,精力旺盛,自尊感强;男、女生的心境状况随着年级的升高在发生变化;运动群体的大学生在精力和自尊感水平上高于非运动群体大学生,而在紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、慌乱水平上低于非运动群体大学生。The research surveyed and analyzed the mood of 2051 undergraduates in Beijing, It was concluded that the average level of boys and girls on 5 passive mood is superior to the normal level of the national undergraduates, but on 2 positive mood are inferior; when compared with girls, boys are more tensional, indignant, energetic and better self-esteem; The psychological health of undergraduate is changing with the increase of the grade; The level of sporting group is lower than non-sport-participator group on tension, indignation, fatigue, depression and fluster, but higher on energy and self-esteem.
