摘  要:为了探讨运动性低血睾酮发生的机理及不同中药调理方式对其产生的影响,将40只雄性大鼠随机平均分为4组,分别为对照组(C)、训练组(T)、服药1组(M1,先补脾,后补肾法)和服药2组(M2,补肾法),采用PCR技术和放免法观察8周递增负荷游泳和不同中药调理方式对不同组别下丘脑促性腺激素释放激素GnRHmRNA、雄性激素受体ARmRNA、垂体黄体生成素LHmRNA和卵泡刺激素FSHmRNA表达和血睾酮的含量的影响。研究结果显示:与对照组相比,训练组血睾酮显著降低(P<0.05),同时,LHmRNA和FSHmRNA、GnRHmRNA和ARmRNA表达水平下调,M1组和M2组血睾酮均显著高于训练组(P<0.05;P<0.05),并且上述基因表达水平上调,M1组的效果优于M2组。结果提示:长时间大运动量训练可造成运动性低血睾酮,使下丘脑GnRHmRNA、ARmRNA垂体LHmRNA、FSHmRNA表达水平下降,负反馈作用受到不同程度的抑制,采用两种不同的中药调理方式对运动性低血睾酮有不同程度的预防作用,减缓HPG轴负反馈抑制作用,即改善了HPG轴的功能,且M1组优于M2组。In order to explore the mechanism of exercise-induced low serum testosterone emergence mechanism and effects of the traditional Chinese medicine on the different acting styles on HPGA, 40 male Sprague-Dawley were by random divided into four groups equally, which were control group, training group, Group 1 administrated by gullet (M1, first invigorate the Speen method, then tonify the Kidney method) and Group 2 administrated by gullet (M2 , tonify the Kidney method). Reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction (PCR) technique and radioimmunoassay were used to oberserve the effects of 8 week step swimming training, the traditional Chinese medicine in the different acting styles on hypothalamus gonadotropin releasing hormone (GnRH) and androgen receptors (AR) mRNA expression, pituitary luteinizing homone ( LH), follicle stimulating horuione (FSH) mRNA expression as well as serum testosterone content. The results of this study indicated that serum testosterone had more remarkable decrease in T group than in C group(p 〈 0.05. Meanwhile, LH, FSH, GnRH, AR gene expression in T group obviously declined. However, when compared with T group , both M1 and M2 significantly increase the levels of serum testoterone (P 〈 0.05;P 〈 0.05). Furthermore, the LH, FSH, GnRH, AR gene expression in M1 and M2 groups raised obviously, which may improve the function of hypothalamus-pituitary -gonad axis (HPGA). Furthermore, acting effect in MI group was more advanced than in M2 group. It was suggested that prolonged heavy training results in exercise-induced low serum testosterone and down-regulation of GnRH, AR, LH, FSH mRNA expression levels, which resulted in restraining the function of negative feedback in the different extents. However, the two kinds of different regulating styles in the traditional Chinese medicine both raise exercise-induced serum testosteron level and alleviate restraint function of HPGA negative feedback. And the acting style in M1 group has more advantage over in M2
