摘 要:目的研究文理不同来源学生的专业学习成绩与其原来文理分科的关系。方法对中医专业文理不同生源学生在校5年的总体学习成绩和53门课程成绩进行统计对比分析。结果53门课程中有37门课程文科生高于理科生,其中有显著性差异的20门;16门课程理科生高于文科生,其中有显著性差异的14门。公共课和思政课、中医类、西医类多数课程文科成绩均高于理科,理科生优于文科生的主要是计算机、医用化学、医用物理、病理等课程。结论文理科不同生源学习成绩存在差异,文科学生多数课程成绩好于理科,因而在中医专业招生实行文理兼招并不影响学生的学习。Objectives: To research the relationship between achievement grades and student classification of science and arts & literature type. Methods: General scores and achievement grads of 53 courses over the fiveyear study of Chinese medicine are compared Results: Students of arts & literature type and analyzed among students of science and arts & literature type. obtain higher scores on 37 courses among the 53, with marked difference in 20 courses. Students of science type obtain higher scores on 16 courses, with marked difference in 14 courses. Arts and literature students have higher grades in public courses, Chinese and western medicine courses and science students are bettering learning computer medical chemistry, medical physics and pathology etc. Conclusions: There really exists certain difference in grades of different student types. Arts and literature students generally have better scores than science students. Therefore enrollment of both categories does not bring any unfavorable influence to student learning process.
