对新世纪规划教材《中医内科学·中风》的几点商榷

摘　　要：对新世纪规划教材《中医内科学·中风》一节中的几个问题提出了商榷。主要涉及:在中风主症方面:“昏仆”是中风主症但却不是必见症状,“口眼喎斜”还是“口舌歪斜”,中风主症不能没有“偏身麻木(偏身感觉异常)”;中脏腑与“中腑脏”;痰热腑实证的归类与主症;选方用药的几个问题以及教材规范化等。This paper talks about problems in the apoplexy chapter of the new century planned textbook of Chinese Internal Medicine. Sudden loss of consciousness is a main symptom of apoplexy but not the necessary one. Unilateral numbness should be included in the main symptoms. There is the problem of terms： ＂deviation of mouth and eye＂ or ＂deviation of mouth and tongue＂, and middle fu-zang or middle zang-fu. There is also the problem of classification and main symptoms of the excess syndrome of phlegm-heat in fu organs. The problems of how to apply herbs and prescriptions and how to standardize textbooks are mentioned as well.
