摘　　要：宇宙间一切事物和现象都是与其相适应的环境相互依存、相互作用。校园文化环境与高校素质教育系统也同样是环境与主体的密切关系。从校园文化环境的4个不同层面,论述了校园文化环境与素质教育的关系,探讨如何营造和充分利用校园文化环境的作用来推进高校素质教育,拓展素质教育的方法和途径,以达到培养造就数以千万计高素质人才的目的。Everything within the universe is interacted with its circumstance. The campus culture and the quality education of the universities closely interrelate each other. This paper deals with the relationship between the environment and quality education from four different aspects, and explores how to construct and fully utilize the effects to promote the quality education, and broadens the methods and ways in order to realize the aim of cultivating millions of talents with high quality.
