摘  要:通过研究悬浮培养肉苁蓉细胞生长、蔗糖消耗的关系,结果表明蔗糖是限制细胞生长的主要因素。在不同的蔗糖浓度下,比较肉苁蓉细胞干重和主要活性成分苯乙醇苷的合成情况,在30g/L的蔗糖浓度下最有利于肉苁蓉细胞的生长,最大生物量达10.84 g/L,苯乙醇苷最高含量可达干重的16.32%,产量为1296.04mg/L。The relation between the growth of cell and the consumption of source during the suspension culture of Cistanche deserticola was investigated. The results showed that the sucrose is a main factor to limit the growth of cell. The biomass and the biosynthesis of the main active component phenylethanoid glycosides (PeGs) were compared. When the sucrose concentration reached 30g/L, the cell growth of Cistanche deserticola was promoted. The maximum biomass of cell, content and production of PeGs reached 10.84g/L, 16.32% and 1296.04mg/L of the dry weight respectively.
