摘　　要：生命是独特的,自主自立的。学生最终认识、掌握某种知识和技能,完全是种内化活动。在内化的过程中,教师的主要任务是“导”,营造一种创新的学习环境。鼓励学生大胆质疑,勇于并善于打破原有的知识经验和结构,另辟蹊径,独树一帜,使生命之树伸枝展叶。同时,教师也在其中不断塑造自我,提高教学的品位。Life is unique and independent. Students finally acquire and master a certain kind of knowledge and skill, the process of which is entirely an activity of internalization. In this process, the main task for teachers is to guide the students and create an innovative study environment. Students should be encouraged to oppugn and break the traditional experience and structure of knowledge. Meanwhile, teachers can also improve their teaching quality.
