摘　　要：本文介绍了一种用ＰＬＣ控制的ＵＺ－３５０三相次级整流钢圈闪光对焊机。与单相交流闪光对焊机相比，它具有三相负荷均衡、焊接热效率高、控制精度高等优点，适用于较大截面汽车钢圈的闪光对焊。A three-phase D.C.flash butt welder UZ-350 controlling by PLC for welding rims are introduced. In this paper in comparison with the single-phase A.C.,it have several advantages, such as good balance of power lines, higher heat efficiency and higher controll precision et.,and are applicable to flash butt welding of bigger cross section rims.
