摘 要:介绍了用相位掩膜方法制作光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)以及镀金的FBG温度传感器.通过实验研究了-70℃~0℃之间的裸FBG和镀金FBG温度传感器的中心波长低温变化特性.实验结果表明裸FBG和镀金FBG温度传感器的中心波长在-70℃~0℃的区间随温度线性变化,重复性较好并且几乎没有迟滞现象.裸光纤布拉格光栅和镀金FBG温度传感器的温度灵敏系数KT分别为0.0101nm/℃和0.0283nm/℃.并且它们的线性拟合度都超过0.999.Fiber Bragg gratings (FBG) prepared in terms of a phase mask technique and the FBG temperature sensor with plating gold were introduced. The center wavelength low temperature properties of the bare Fiber Bragg grating and the FBG temperature sensor with plating gold from - 70℃to 0℃ were researched by the experiment. From the experimental results it could be seen that there is a very good linearity and preferable repeatability between the center wavelength shift of the bare FBG and the FBG temperature sensor with plating gold and the temperature change from -70℃ to 0℃, and there is almost no hysteresis effect. The sensitivities of the bare FBG and the FBG temperature sensor with plating gold Kr are 0. 0101 nm/℃ and 0. 0283 nm/℃ respectively. Their pertinence coefficients are more than 0.999.
