摘 要:目的探讨汽车追尾碰撞交通伤的伤情特点。方法15只家兔随机平均分为3组,胸、腹部以医用绷带固定后,分别以30km/h(Ⅰ组)、40km/h(Ⅱ组)、45km/h(Ⅲ组)进行汽车追尾碰撞,高速摄像与激光测速记录碰撞全过程,用运动软件分析碰撞加速度,观察动物损伤情况。结果3组动物沿绷带走行方向均有皮下轻度出血,Ⅰ组未发现脏器损伤;Ⅱ组肺、肝脏损伤分别为1例和2例;Ⅲ组颅脑损伤1例,肺损伤4例。结论动物的损伤情况与其固定方式以及汽车追尾碰撞速度、加速度有关,汽车追尾碰撞交通伤的伤情规律研究应进一步加强。Objective To study the traffic injury character in rear crash. Methods Fifteen rabbits were randomly and equally divided into 3 groups, the rabbits were fixed on the seats and crashed at a speed of 30 km/h, 40 km/h and 45 km/h respectively. The whole course of rear crash was recorded by high speed camera,the crash acceleration and injury severity were observed. Results Slight subcutaneous hemorrhage was found in all the groups. No organ injury was found in group Ⅰ , but lung and liver injuries ( 1 and 2 cases respectively )were found in group Ⅱ ,craniocerebral injuries was found in 1 case in group m. Conclusion All the injury was related to fixation method, velocity and acceleration of rear crash. A further study on the traffic injury eharacter of rear crash is needed.
