摘　　要：以扬州大学数字图书馆建设为例,介绍了高校数字图书馆建设的目标和基本思路,重点探讨了数字图书馆建设过程中存在的问题和解决的对策。Taking the construction of the digital library of Yangzhou University as an example, this paper introduces the targets and basic ideas of the construction of the digital library in colleges and universities, and probes emphatically into the existing problems in and solving countermeasures for the constructions of the digital library.
