摘　　要：通过模糊数学理论和投影法，给出了在无约束的多目标决策条件下对水面舰艇平台能力指数的一般评判方法，以此方法对水面舰艇的平台能力进行优化比较。The platform performance of warship is a synthetic element of overall characteristics of warship design, which include maximum speed, prime motor power, displacement, endurance and stealth features that greatly influence the platform performance of warship. In this paper, a general assessment of the platform performance index of warship under the condition of unrestricted multi -objectives decision based on mathematic fuzzy theory and projection method is focused on, and a comparison of platform performance optimization with this method is also made.
