摘　　要：肿瘤的发生发展受多种基因的调控。S100A4基因是近几年发现的一种具有促肿瘤作用的基因,该基因编码一种钙离子结合调节蛋白,通过与钙离子结合在肿瘤发生发展中发挥重要作用。本文就S100A4基因的结构、促肿瘤的作用及机制作一综述。The occurrence and progress of tumor are regulated by many genes. S100A4 gene is a new found gene which can promote the progress of tumor in recent several years. This gene encodes a ealeium-bioding protein which plays an important action in progress of tumor by binding with calcium ions. This article will review the structure of S100A4 gene, and summarize its action and mechanism in tumor progress and metastasis.
