摘　　要：针对某厂家生产的小货车结构断裂问题进行分析,认为不合理的结构设计造成传力路线的错误是产生问题的主要原因,另外局部应力集中和加工工艺的缺陷也是其中原因。提出了改变传力路线的方案,经试验证实应力有一定程度的下降,同时还指出进一步改善强度的措施。The problem of mini-truck frame break is discussed in this paper. Incorrect path of force transfer caused by incorreet structurt design is the main reason that causes the problem. Stress convergence and defect of processing technics also contribut to the problem. A plan to improve the path of force transfer is presented and proved to be valid by the test result. Other measures to improve the structure are clso provided.
