摘　　要：ＢＱ－ＦＭＳ柔性制造系统单元控制器负责管理柔性线各装置的总体配合，实现生产过程的自动化。而其中运控核心软件必须提供所有的控制管理与监视功能。ＢＱ－ＦＭＳ实时动画从属于运控系统，但又具有相对独立性。它的设计新颖，面对特殊的软、硬件环境，开发了辅助作图工具、布局软件，方便人机交互构作ＦＭＳ布局图，讨论了系统主菜单、运控核心、实时动画仿真各大模块之间的联系及信息传送。动态图形调度、切换准确及时。Unit controller of BQ FMS manages each equipment in the soft line, in order to coordinate them and automatize the production. Running control soft must provide all functions of controlling,managing and viewing FMS.Real time animation belongs to running control soft,but it has relative independence. Its design is novel.As to particular software, hardware circumstances, are developed the auxiliary drawing tools (Tool.C and layout.C), which makes it possible to construct the layout of FMS conveniently. This paper discusses the relations between the main menu,running control soft and real time animation and transmission of messages. The exact control and exchange for dynamic pictures realize the convenient and correct test of the running control soft and trace of worksite in steps.
