摘　　要：介绍了汽车大型外观塑件的质量标准,分析了塑件熔接痕形成的原因。结合经验,给出了针对不同原因所导致熔接痕的改善对策。重点阐述了汽车大型塑件注射模调试过程中如何避免产生熔接痕的方法及修改模具型腔面的具体工艺。The quality standard of automobile large-scale plastic outside part was summarized. The forming mechanism of weld mark was analyzed. The measures to avoid the weld mark caused by different factors were put forward based on experiences. The approach to avoid the weld mark generated during the adjusting process of the injection mould for automobile large-scale plastic outside part, and specific technique of amending the mould cavity were discussed in detail.
