摘　　要：高等教育已步入大众化阶段,毕业生就业工作呈现复杂性、多样性的特点。为此,应以科学发展观为导向,构建以大学生职业生涯辅导和学习职业角色技能为主线的就业指导新模式。Higher education of our country step into a-popular-style phase, direction and service for graduate to obtain employment turned more difficult. Some measures to improve the status is presented here, a series of method must be brought into effect to optimize service arid ameliorate direction, make education institute＇ s direction and service llnk with graduate＇ s profession choice perfectly, make advance of hominine continuable development as personal and university＇ s same target.
