摘　　要：针对现有KMS模型对隐性知识缺乏有效组织与管理的现实,本文首先对隐性知识的概念进行了阐释,提出了隐性知识的获取策略;进而对隐性知识的表示与存储问题做了深入探讨,提出基于知识地图之专家定位器和隐性知识社会化理论的解决方案与策略,以指导企业KM的具体实施过程。In this paper, aceording to the fact that many current KMS （knowledge management system） models are devoid of effective organization and management for enterprise tacit knowledge, the conception of tacit knowledge is interpreted in the first place. Then, some acquirement strategies for enterprise tacit knowledge are put forward and explained. Furthermore, the problem how to realize represent and storage tacit knowledge is deeply and roundly studied and discussed. And two scenarios, based on expert locator of knowledge map and tacit knowledge socialization theory, are brought forward. All the work is expected to be helpful to enterprise knowledge management fulfdling process.
