摘　　要：随着社会的老龄化,老年工作和老年学研究的重要性越来越突出。在构建和谐社会的今天,作为老年工作者,要根据离退休老同志的心理特点、生理特点,探索和解决新时期老年工作所面对的问题,探讨离退休工作的基本原则,采取科学有效的管理对策。促进老年人紧跟时代步伐,以健康的心态融入社会,做到老有所为、老有所乐。As the aging society approaches, researches on the elderly have been attached much importance. Nowadays, with the harmonious society being built, related issues should be investigated and tackled during the new period in an appropriate and effective way according to physical and mental characteristics of retirees. In addition,principles should also be studied in dealing with affairs of old people to help them gear to the times and adapt themselves with healthy mind to the society. In this way, seniors can make progress as well as live a happy life.
