两术合用以提高肺癌诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:为进一步提高标本的阳性率,提高对肺癌的阳性诊断率。方法:对102例临床和放射学检查后需做纤维支气管镜的患者,留取针吸液及刷片两种标本共同进行细胞学诊断。结果:通过细胞学明确诊断为肺癌59例,总阳性率58%,针吸阳性率39.2%,刷片阳性率44.1%。结论:纤维支气管刷片与细针吸取合同并用增加了查出肺癌的阳性诊断率。Objective To improve the positive rates in the diagnosis of lung cancer, Methods 102 cases of doubtful lung cancer with clinical and X-ray symptoms that need examined by transbronchial needle aspiration and brt, sh biopsy simultaneously. Results ,59 eases were identified as lung cancer by cytology examination. The total positive rates are ,58%. the positive rates of the transbronchial needle aspiration and brush biopsy were 39.2% ,44.1%. Conclusions Combination of these two methods would further elevate the diagnostic potential in lung cancer.
