摘　　要：进城务工人员普遍存在的自卑心理,是由主客观原因造成的。制度歧视、生活压力是外在因素;信心不足、自身素质不高是内在原因。进城务工人员要想真正融入城市,必须加强自身修养、树立自信心,在与城市人磨合中寻求自我。Generally, subjective and objective factors account for rural migrant workers＇self-inferiority. Systematic discrimination and lfie pressure are the external factors, and lacking self-confidence and owning not high quality are the internal ones. ff the rural migrant workers want to adapt themselves to the urban circumstances, they d better make more accomplishments in self-cultivation,become more self-confident, then get to self-realization through merging with the city dwellers.
