摘　　要：美国大学教师的聘用与考核具有非常完善的管理体系．各个大学的体系基本上大同小异。本文通过对芝加哥明尼苏达大学和伊利诺伊大学芝加哥校区的实地考察和专家访谈，具体阐述了美国大学教师的聘用与考核管理体系，旨在为健全我国高等院校教师聘用与考核管理体系提供参考。An American universitiy has perfect management systems of teacher employment and assessment,which are almost the same in all universities. This paper elaborates these systems in detail based on field survey and expert interview at Minnesota University and Illinois University,with the aim of offering some valuable references to China's management systems of teacher employment and assessment in higher education.
