摘　　要：本文在对企业改革与发展中组织结构创新动因分析的基础上,提出了企业组织结构创新应注意的事项,在此基础上给出了企业组织结构创新的模式选择,以此达到提高企业核心竞争力的目的。On the basis of the analysis of the trend factors of the innovation of the enterprise organization structure during its reformation and development, the article puts forward some points which should be paid special attention to in the innovation of the enterprise organization structure, and on this base, provides the options of the innovation mode in the enterprise organization structure.
