摘　　要：应用新技术进行截肢患者残端精确测量及数字化建模,对实现假肢接受腔计算机辅助设计及制造(CAD/CAM) 显得日趋重要。文中提出了利用超声成像技术提取残肢内外轮廓形状实现残肢端部三维建模的方法并研制开发了一套超声测量系统。It is an important approach for CAD/CAM of prosthetic sockets to establish digital model of residual lower limbs from amputees. In this thesis, ultrasonic imaging technology is utilized to extract the internal and external contours of residual lower limbs for their 3D modeling, and an ultrasound measurement system is developed.
