摘　　要：目的探讨威地美治疗反流性食管炎的效果与成本。方法根据就诊顺序随机将患者(42例由胃镜诊断为食管炎的患者,据就诊顺序随机)分成治疗组21例和对照组21例,治疗组使用威地美,对照组使用达喜治疗,并对两组的治疗效果和药物成本进行比较分析。结果治疗组和对照组在治疗后的临床症状以及胃镜下的效果相当(P>0.05),但治疗组在成本-临床效果,成本-胃镜下效果均明显低于对照组。结论使用威地美治疗反流性食管炎效果较好,成本较低廉。Aim To evaluate the efficacy and cost of weidimei in treating reflux esophagitis. Methods 42 patients with reflux esophagitis by gastroscope were divided into experimental group （weidimei） and control group （Talcid）, subsequently therapeutic efficacy and the economical effects were investigated. Results Two groups have mostly an equivalent effect on the clinical symptom and findings by gastroscope（P 〉 0.05）, however the experimental group was superior to the control group on cost, as well the efficacy of the therapeutic effect and findings. Conclusions Weidimei is effective and economical in the treatment of reflux esophagitis.
