摘　　要：文章分析了中国民族音乐几千年来兴衰起伏的原因,提出了应从体制、音乐创作与演绎方式、经费投入、媒体引导与宣传等四个方面进行探索、实践与创新,以应对新形势下,文化变革带来的机遇与挑战,推动我国民族音乐的复兴。Under the new circumstances, the national music of China must be geared to a series of creation and reform which contains culture system reform and so on. In the article, the author first analyzes the cause of the rise and fall of Chinese traditional music in the thousands of years, and then proposes that we should explore, practice and create in such areas as system, the way of music creation and deduction, funds providing and media direction so as to revive the music of our country.
