摘　　要：本文在介绍TTL与非门工作原理的基础上,重点讨论了TTL与非门的输入负载电阻特性。为了保证工作在稳定状态,通过计算,得出了电路工作处于闭态允许输入的最大电阻和电路工作处于开态时允许输入的最小电阻。Based on the introduce of the operational principle of TTL nand gate, this article gives us a vital discussion of the input load resistance characteristic of the TTL nand gate, the maximum input resistance while the circuit in the closed position and the minimum input resistance while the circuit in the open state.
