乳腺癌P^(53)蛋白表达及其血清抗体检测分析

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺癌患者P53蛋白及抗体表达情况。方法采用免疫PCR方法检测血清抗P53蛋白抗体,酶免疫组化方法检测组织P53蛋白表达。结果乳腺癌患者血清抗P53蛋白抗体阳性率为39.5%,而非癌患者和正常人血清抗P53蛋白抗体均为阴性(P<0.01)。P53蛋白阳性表达的乳腺癌患者抗P53蛋白抗体阳性率为64.2%,明显高于P53蛋白阴性表达组,血清P53抗体测定与P53蛋白表达密切相关(P<0.01)。结论检测血清抗P53蛋白抗体是检测组织P53蛋白理想的替代工具,可作为乳腺癌血清学诊断新标志,用于乳腺癌的普查和早期诊断。Objective To present a new serological method for diagnosis of breast cancer, Methods Seral anti - P^53 antibody was detected with immuno - PCR. The expression of P^53 in tissue was detected with enzyme imunohisto - chemistry technique. Resuits The positive rate of anti - P^53 ntibody in serum of breast cancer patients was 39.5 % and anti - P^53 antibody was not detected in normal persons and those without breast cancer, The positive rate of anti - P^53 antibody was significantly higher in breast cancer patients than in those without breast cancer and normal ones （ P 〈 0.01 ）, The positive rate of anti - P^53 antibody in those expressing P^53 antibody was 64.2 %. higher than that negative expression of P^53 protein （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion The detection of serum anti - P^53 antibody is a ideal alternative tool for detection of P^53 expression in tissue, Anti - P^53 anti body is a new marker for diagnosing breast cancer and can be used in early diagnosis of breast cancer.
