38例无眼球结膜囊成形术追踪观察

摘　　要：目的：回顾分析38例患者眼球摘除术后，因结膜囊变浅、缩窄，致使义眼脱落。经结膜囊成形术后，配戴义眼的临床效果。方法：做结膜囊重建术中，用牙科蜡做支撑物，术中睑缘缝合，10周～12周后切开睑缘，配戴义眼。结果：随访26个月～60个月，35例义眼在位，眼窗饱满，3例义眼脱落，需再次手术。结论：结膜囊成形术中下穹隆要有足够的深度，放合适的眼膜支撑物，睑裂缝合需在瘢痕期过后再行切开，效果可靠。Objective： An retrospective analysis on the clinical effect of 38 prosthetic eyes weared after conjunctival sac plasic operation. Methods： Conjunctival sac plastic operations were performed on 38 cases because of deformation and constriction of conjunctival sac which made the prosthetic eyes defluxioed. During the operation dental wax was used as backstop. Temporary total tarsorrhaphy was performed to all cases, and the tarsorrhaphy suture was opened in 10-12 weeks postoperat：on. Results： All cases were followed up for 26-60 months. The prosthetic eyes were weared comfortably in 35 cases and defluxioed in 3 cases which had to make the operation again. Conclusion： Conjunctival sac plastic operation is an effective and relatievely economical method for treating deformation and constriction of conjunctival sac after ophthalmectomy. The rate of success can be increased by means of effective tarsorrhaphy and fit backstop and enough depth of inferior fornix.
