摘  要:目的观察尿酸清对慢性肾功能衰竭继发高尿酸血症大鼠肾脏病理学的影响。方法将34只健康SD雄性大鼠,随机分为3组。模型组14只及尿酸清组14只采用5/6肾切除方法造肾功能衰竭大鼠模型。尿酸清组造模后给予尿酸清5.625 g/(kg.d),灌胃,每日1次;假手术组6只及模型组常规喂养,每日等量蒸馏水灌胃1次。实验第16周末,采集24 h尿液后处死大鼠,对肾组织进行组织形态学观察,测定血尿素氮、血肌酐、内生肌酐清除率及24 h尿蛋白定量。结果病理形态学观察表明,尿酸清组肾组织损伤程度明显轻于模型组,且血尿素氮、血肌酐2、4 h尿蛋白定量均较模型组明显降低(P<0.01),内生肌酐清除率较模型组明显升高(P<0.01)。结论尿酸清能够保护残存肾单位,减轻代偿肾小球的滤过系统损伤及硬化进展,减轻肾小管和间质的损伤及病变的发展,促进肾组织病理损害的修复,是治疗慢性肾功能衰竭继发高尿酸血症的有效方剂。Objective To observe the influence of Niaosuanqing on renal pathologic change of expefimental rat with hyperuricemia secondary to chronic renal failure. Methods 34 healthy Sprague- Dawley rats were randomly assigned into three groups. 28 rats were incised 5/6 of their kidney to made chronic renal failure models, and 14 rats were assigned into the model group and 14 rats into the Niacsuanqing group. Rats in the Niansuanqing group were orally administrated Niaosuanqing 5.625 g/(kg·d), each time daily. Rats in the seudo- operation group ( n = 6) and the medel group were routely orally ingested distilled water each time a day. At the end of the sixth experimental week, all rats were killed after collected 24 - hour urine. The change of renal histomorphology was observed and the level of blood urea nitrogen, serum ereatinine, the endogenous creatinine clearance rate and 24 - hour urine protein qanantitation were investigated. Results The renal tissue injury in the Niaosuanqing group was slighter than that in the model group and the level of blood urea nitrogen, serum creatinine, 24- hour urine protein qauantitation significantly decreased and the creatinine clearance rate significantly increased (P 〈 0.01) . Conclsion Niaosuanqing has definite effect on hyperurlcemia secondary to chronic renal failure.
