生肌散皮肤毒性的实验研究

摘　　要：目的观察生肌散的安全性。方法健康家兔20只随机分为4组,每组5只,进行皮肤急性毒性实验;健康豚鼠30只,随机分为3组,每组10只,进行皮肤过敏实验。结果生肌散对家兔完整皮肤、破损皮肤均无急性吸收毒性;对豚鼠皮肤不产生致敏作用。结论生肌散用于伤口是比较安全的药物。Objective To observe the safety of Shengjisan. Methods 20 healthy rabbits were randomly divided into four groups （five in each group） to perform acute skin toxic experiment. 30 healthy guinea- pigs were randomly divided into three groups （ten in each group） to perform skin hypersensitive experiment. Results Shengjisan had no acute absorptive toxicity on the integral or damaged skin of the rabbits and had no allergic effetion on the skin of guinea- pigs. Conclusiott Shangjisan is a reletively safe drug to skin wound.
