摘 要:NF-κB是广泛存在于体内细胞中的重要核转录因子。除参与炎症、免疫等基因调节外,还在细胞增殖与凋亡的基因调控中起抗细胞凋亡作用。适度地抑制NF-κB的活性可以控制肿瘤细胞多药耐药性的产生,对提高白血病的化疗效果有着十分重要的临床意义。Multidrug resistance (MDR) is a mostly causation of chemotherapy failing in leukaemia. Nuclear factor Kappa-B (NF-κB) is an important nuclear transcription gene which consists in cells abroadly in vivo. NF-κB are not only concerned with regulation of inflammation and immunity genes, but also resist in apoptosis via adjusting the gene of cell proliferation and cell process death. Anticancer drug killed the tumour cell, at the same time also activated NF-κB, which lead to the tumour cell drug resistance through increasing the expression of MDR gene. To restrain the activity of NF-κB moderately can control multidrng resistance of tumour cell, and improve chemotherapy effect in leukaemia.
