摘　　要：创意产业是知识经济时代的标志性产业,发展创意产业是青岛建设“两个城市”的必由之路和实现产业结构调整与升级的重要途径,要发展创意产业必须合理规划、加大知识产权保护力度、加快创意产业人才引进和培养的步伐。The Creative industry is a significant industry of the era of knowledge economy. To Qingdao, developing the creative industry is not only the only way to build ＂two cities＂, but also the important way to realize industrial structure adjustment and upgrading. In order to develop the creative industry, the municipal government must plan rationally, strengthen inteUeetual property protection and accelerate the talents＇ introduction and training.
