尼尔雌醇对宫颈癌放疗的影响

摘　　要：我们在雌激素对宫颈癌细胞系具有放射增敏作用的实验基础上，将尼尔雌醇应用于宫颈癌放射治疗的病人，每月服药一次，每次5mg，并以同时期、同年龄、同期别、同病理类型的宫颈癌放疗病人作为对照。本又结果显示，尼尔雌醇能提高治愈率，具有放射增敏作用，与对照组比较P＜0.01。服药组病人的放射反应发生率并不降低，但持续时间较短。我们在尼尔雌醇的应用中偶然发现，尼尔雌醇可用于治疗直肠、小肠等部位的急性放射反应，尤其治疗小肠反应效果甚好。一次服用尼尔雌醇5mg，可治愈大部分小肠反应，减轻大多数直肠反应，尤其是较轻程度的直肠反应。尼尔雌醇还能改善个别病人的精神和食欲。我们的观察显示，将尼尔雌醇合并应用于宫颈癌放射治疗是安全的，并且常可取得良好效果。We found 17-β-estradiol had some radiosensitisation effects on cervical cancer cell lines before and then tabellae nilestrioli 5mg once a month was administered to cervical cancer patients who underwent radiotherapy. The patients with the same ages, pathologic types, clinical stages who underwent radiotherapy in the same period without nilestrioli administered were used as control group. It was shown that nilestrioli could improve cure rate, with some radiosensitisation effect8(P<0.01). The incidence of acute radiation tissue reations was not decreased but with only shorter duration. We found accidently that nilestrioli could treat acute radiation tissue reactions of rectum, intestines and others, especially acute.small intestine reactions. Most acute radiation small intestine reactions could be cured and most acute radiation rectai reactions e8pecially ndld one8 could be relieved by one dose of 5mg nilestrio1i. Nilestrioli could improve vitality and appetite in some patients. This study showed that combining nilestrioli with radiotherapy in cervical cancer was safe and somethoes a good result was achieved.
