摘　　要：目的探讨单侧唇裂功能性整复的有效方法。方法在应用解剖学的基础上,结合单侧唇裂整复术的最新进展,对唇裂修复更精细的成形技术要求,术者在2.0～3.0倍的便携式手术显微镜下采用现代显微外科技术对126例单侧唇裂进行了唇裂显微外科整复术,术后2周观察修复效果,评价临床应用价值。结果126例均得到随访,其中123例整复效果良好,上唇动态及静态时均无明显畸形,双侧唇部的对称平衡及上下唇宽度的比例适当;3例整复效果不明显。结论唇裂整复术理念上的进步对提高唇裂的整复效果有着重要的指导意义。ObJctive To report clinical effect ofthe technology of microsurgery in the treatment of unilateral cleft lip and to provide the minimally invasive concept of unilateral cleft lip repair.Methods The technology of microsurgery were used in this study on the unilateral cleft lip repair, of 126 cases. Purpose the aims of this study were to explore the fine plastic techniqueas of cleft lip repair, according to the current research situations. Results 123 cases were treated. The postoperafion results will be evaluated according to the 3 measuremnts of lip and nose after 2weeks of operation. Conclusion It was importance that the advancement of deft lip repair concepts to promote the postoperation effects.
