摘　　要：简述了战略数据规划在信息系统开发中的必要性,介绍了信息系统中战略数据规划的实施,即依次为业务分析建立企业模型,实体分析建立主题数据库,数据的分布分析以及确定应用项目的开发顺序四项内容。最后强调了在规划过程中应注意的问题。This paper firstly introduces the fact that strategic da＇ta planning is ncceasary for information system development, then describes the procedure of the strategic data planning in information system development. This procedure includes analyzing business and building up enterprise model, the entity analysis and establishing subject database, data distribute analysis and confirming the developing order of applying items. At last, it emphasizes some problems that we should notice during the planning.
