摘  要:以某型发动机转子碰摩故障为背景,建立了滑动轴承-弹性转子-定子系统碰摩故障的四质量非线性动力学模型,分析了非线性油膜力、油膜剪力和碰摩力对转子系统耦合故障响应的影响·利用数值模拟分析了考虑油膜剪力情况下该系统的分岔与混沌运动,得到了该轴承转子定子系统在某些有实际意义的参数域内的非线性响应的Poincar啨映射图、Lyapunov指数曲线图、分岔图、相轨线图、轴心轨迹图和幅值谱图,发现了该系统的丰富的非线性行为·分析结果表明,系统响应在较宽的频率范围内存在着分频周期运动、拟周期运动和混沌运动。Based on a certain type of aero-engine, 4-mass nonlinear dynamic moclel is developed for the behavior of rubbing faults in a sliding bearing-rotor-stator system, with which the synthetic effect of nonlinear reactive force and vinous shearing force of oil film and rubbing force on the response to the coupling rubbing faults of the systern is analyzed. The bifurcation and chaos of the system are then analyzed via a numerical simulation with the viscous shearing force of oil film taken into account, thus revealing some practical graphic representations in the domain of actual parameters with nonlinear response for the system. It follows that when the system response occurs within a wideband frequency range it includes not only the dividing periodic motion but also the quasi-periodic motion and chaotic motion in the system, and a great number of narrow-hand periodic windows are found in the chaotic motion region. The chaotic motion in the system is affected by the viscous shearing force of oil film, which should be taken into account in exploring the chaotic motion of the whole system.
