摘 要:目的:探讨中药五倍子提取液对实验性根面龋的抑制作用。方法:以50%五倍子提取液为实验药物,38%氟化双氨银[Ag(NH3)2F],2%氟化钠(NaF)为阳性对照,去离子水为阴性对照。测量实验性根面龋再脱矿中脱矿量与时间的关系及总矿物质损失量。结果:38%Ag(NH3)2F抑制脱矿作用最强,其余依次为50%五倍子提取液、2%氟化钠、去离子水。50%五倍子提取液与38%Ag(NH3)2F、2%氟化钠无显著性差异(P>0.05),各药物处理组与去离子水比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:50%五倍子提取液对Ca2+溶出量及总矿物质损失量具有显著的抑制作用,对Ca2+溶出量的抑制作用优于2%NaF。Objective: To discuss the effect of Chinese nutgall inhibiting experimental root caries. Method: 50 % Chinese nutgall soaked liquid was used as experimental medicine, 38% Ag(NH3)2F and 2% NaF were used as positive controls, while the deionised water as negative control. It measures the relations of the quantity of decalcification and time and the general quantity of the lost mineral matters on the process of experimental root caries're-demineralition, Result: The effect of inhibiting dernineralition of 38% Ag(NH3)2F is the best, followed by 50% Chinese nutgall soaked liquid, 2 % NaF, the deionised water. There were not significant differences (P 〉 0.05) between 50 % Chinese nutgall soaked liquid and 38% Ag(NH3)2F,NaF, But there were significant differences (P〈0. 05) in comparing each of groups disposed by medicine with the group of the deionised water. Conclusion: 50% Chinese nutgall soaked liquid could significantly restrained the quantity of dissolving of Ca and the general quantity of the lost mineral matters, and was superior to 2% NaF on inhibition of the quantity of dissolving of Ca.
